For some crazy reason, over Christmas Dad and I decided to cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society!Planning for the big adventure is now underway and we have got the first version of our route sorted. It looks like we are cycling between 52 and 78 miles a day! ARGH!
So, the next stage...get fit!
